Placing an order

Customers order placed on-line will receive a unique order number, which determines the shipping priority.
However you choose to contact us, please always remember to quote your account number.
Please note: All mouldings are sold by the pack or box quantity only, however, a selection of mouldings can be purchased as single lengths for a small premium.
When ordering by the metre please be aware that mouldings sold in pack or box only willbe made upto the nearestquantity.

Additions to an order

 Each order you place has a unique order number. If you wish to amend or add to your purchase simply call back quoting your original order number and if the order has not already gone through to the warehouse we will attempt to consolidate with all your existing orders.

Showroom Sales

 If you are an account holder you can collect your order from our trade counter, which is open daily from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm (closed between 1.00-2.00pm daily)
You will need to visit the showroom first and ring your order through to the Call Centre. When your order is processed you may then collect it from the Trade Counter.
Showroom opening times 9.00am - 1.00pm, 2.00pm – 5.00pm – closed between 1-2pm daily.
Please note: we do not accept cash or cheques from non-account trade customers.

Credit Terms

 Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Please quote your account number on all payments.
