Derrick Hicks – South East
My name is Derrick (unusual spelling long story!), when I am not working for Larson-Juhl, I have several different interests. I do research focus groups (anything from politics to local issues), and I also do product testing. Again anything from chocolate to cider! When at home, I also enjoy watching Moto G.P (I am a big fan), DIY and gardening. I have two grown up children that still live at home and a cat called Oscar.
Graham Miller - Field Sales Director
I have worked for Larson-Juhl for nearly 30 years. I have lived in Devon for almost the same time, with a very understanding wife and three daughters.
They have nearly all left to pursue their own career paths (daughters not the wife). I enjoy swimming - you can find me at the local pool at 6.30am to start the day. I still follow my childhood passion of Speedway, following my home town team “Poole Pirates” and the Individual World Championship. I enjoy helping our local secondary school in training the young men and women for the famous Southwest Ten Tors endurance walk and camping across Dartmoor, which happens every May. The photo is a good weather day on Dartmoor standing on top of Steeperton Tor at a height of 532m not the tallest Tor on Dartmoor, but has great views!!
John Green – East England, Home Counties and Channel Islands
I have worked for Larson-Juhl since 1999. I have a love of the great outdoors, and try to be active with running and cycling. I enjoy watching sport, and enjoy football and rugby. I also have a passion for music and watch live bands as often as I can.

I love to go away and I am always planning my next holiday.

Tracey Masters – Customer Service Manager
I have worked at Larson-Juhl for a wonderful twenty plus years. I currently manage the UK and international team customer service and credit control.

We own two cats, Missy & Bella, a dog called Bailey, a variety of chickens, two horses named Guinness and Alfie and a cheeky miniature Shetland called Minnie Mouse. My true passion is riding my horses around our local countryside at the weekends and any spare time I have left I love entertaining and socialising with friends and family.
Barry McLean- Scotland and Cumbria
I have recently joined the Larson-Juhl family and look forward to learning more about this creative industry. I enjoy allowing my imagination to run wild and have a few passions including travel, acting, comedy, drawing and interior design. I have been lucky enough to experience some great little adventures such as sky diving, bungee jumping and scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef and hope to experience many more in the future. I did also used to be Goofy at Disneyland but that’s a story for another time!
Andrew Chandler – South West and M4 corridor
My name is Andrew and I like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. I’m not into yoga and I drink pink champagne…………….. :). I was born and raised in the city of Cardiff. I have been happily married to Kathryn for 29 years and have two very grown up children - Fern and Benjamin - who are in their mid-20s (I know I don’t look old enough!).
My first ambition was to become an actor and I appeared in several plays for the BBC before finally giving up the ghost and moving into sales. I enjoy all sport - especially rugby and football. I had the honour of being elected to the position of chairman for my local club, St Peters, and recently had the additional privilege of playing for my country in a veterans over 40s football match against England.I also enjoy walking and, after a dare, completed the National Three Peaks in 2016 - Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafel Pike in 24 hours. It was the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done! I also raised a lot of money for MND, which is a charity close to my heart.

Richard Clayton – Yorkshire and North
I was born and raised in Yorkshire and currently live in the beautiful and somewhat overpriced town of Ilkley in the Wharfe Valley.
Before joining Larson-Juhl in 2007 I spent many years travelling and working abroad, and have worked successfully in sales roles in various industries. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends and am also a keen runner (sometimes up to twice a week!)
Simon Flavill – International Sales Development Manager
I’ve worked for Larson-Juhl since 2002 and promoted to my current role in January 2019. I am regional sales director for the North. I’m married, have two teenage children, like to explore different countries/cultures and keep active with PT sessions at the gym and running.
Being someone who likes a challenge, I’ve taken part in several X runners, one of which with my son too. I’ve a keen appreciation for anything on wheels and recently bought a car to restore, which hopefully will be a future classic.
